We've been able to help quite a few in need. A few are listed below and a dozen others will be posted during the coming months. Please note, we can't post everyone's case for confidentiality reasons and because some cases are simply too extreme to be publicly announced.

SHARON COLLINS AND STEVEN SEIDLER




We helped Sharon Collins and Steven Seidler - California residents and parents of the most adorable little one. Victims of political wars and economic weakness, they were forced to utilize rent funds to fix their car so they could get back and forth from work. Unfortunately, due to lack of funds, these two hardworking individuals, both of which are always on time and never a day late with rent, went deliquent. Slow growth in the economy and jobs has left this hardworking family facing the idea of filing bankkruptcy.

PATTI MEJIA




We helped Patti Mejia - a Florida resident and single mother of 2 outstanding children. Due to tough times and a painful separation with her husband, Patti fell a bit behind with her expenses. She required financial assistance related to her car expenses and groceries. Without the use of her car Patti found is nearly impossible to manage visitng her mother, whom is suffering from Alzheimer's, and juggle her children's lifestyle, school and playlife.

HOW DID WE HELP?
WereGivingBack.com helped Patti make the car insurance payments needed to maintain ownership of and legally drive her vehicle. We were also able to help Patti put food on the table for her family by supplying a gift card to her local grocery store.

MARIE LANDRETTE




We helped Marie Landrette - a Connecticut resident and single mother of 1 adorable child. Marie works hard but it's tough to keep up with children, this rocky economy, and the cost of living.

ROBIN DOWNES




We helped Robin Downes - a New Jersey resident and mother of 7 and grandmother of 2 battling a weak economy and rising expenses. Robin and her family survive on disability income and find it harder to make ends meet each month. Before long, they fell behind on their electric bill and the hand-me-down clothing become worn and no longer fit. The electric company threatened to turn Robin's lights off after prolonged delinquency.

HOW DID WE HELP?
WereGivingBack.com helped Robin by contributing a donation towards her electric bill so the lights remained on in her home. As well we were able to help Robin's children enjoy new clothing by suppling a gift card to a local clothing store.

We hope the family enjoys their new clothes and wears them well!



MARY WILLIAMS




We helped Mary Williams - a Texas resident and a well educated mother struggling to find employment while supporting her family. After working for several years as a 1099 employee, Mary is unable to receive unemployment benefits and has exhausted her savings between rent, medical bills for her mother and sister, college loans, and other outstanding debts. Mary has a daughter attending Texas A & M.

HOW DID WE HELP?
WereGivingBack.com helped Mary by contributing a donation towards her rent for the home she has resided in for nearly 12 years. Mary was deeply concerned after receiving warning letters from the landlords which included late fees and possibly breach of lease.

We hope our contribution will help Mary in her time of need and we're glad to have helped. Good luck to your daughter in school!
